■■

Seamlessly merges analogue and digital data into one

comprehensive report.

Managing drivers couldn’t be easier – full drivers’ hours andworking

time analysis can be viewed on-screen or through a suite of driver

and management reports. There is a facility to add in holidays and

manual entries to ensure complete records are kept, as well as

the ability to import data through the uploader or, remotely, from

various telematics providers.

Driver performance can be measured over various KPIs, which can

be calculated across a specified number of weeks and displayed

in Vision or through reporting. Performance can also include

driving style when imported via a web API, currently available to

companies using Fleetboard. The driver debrief feature allows the

user to electronically appraise drivers and update them on areas

where they have had contraventions, as well as monitoring their

progress through alerts.

The fleet dashboard allows for various graphical analyses and

has a drill-down ability to view defect results and KPIs for senior

managers through to depot managers.

Vision include a tracker for Driver CPC to enable companies to keep

on top of their drivers’ training requirements.

Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) can also be tracked and monitored

through Vision. They are displayed against the vehicle in question,

but also can be matched up with the driver responsible when

vehicle data has been uploaded to the FTA for analysis.

Licence checking in association with the Licence Bureau is also

available to view through alerts and the driver profile in Vision.

Collision information can be uploaded through the generic import

interface. The information is displayed against the relevant driver

and is shown for the whole account on the collision overview page.
